We draw your attention to our booking conditions. With your reservation request, you automatically agree to these terms, therefore you are invited to take notice of these conditions. Information about any customized cancellation or guarantee policies will be explained in your confirmation.

If the package is available on the desired date, you will receive a written confirmation. Only then your reservation is final. If the package is not available , we will contact you.

Back to Basics meeting package

Your meeting starts solid with all the basics!

With our Back to Basics meeting package we ensure that your 8-hours meeting kicks off with all the basics you need! Including a Business lunch* and all day use of our Refreshment Corner**.

* Business lunch

The Business lunch consists of 2 luxury sandwiches (including one organic multigrain bread), a wrap, a mini glass with salad, fresh soup of the season, croquette with organic mustard, hand fruit, milk, Smit & Dorlas coffee and Lipton tea.

** Refreshment corner

The Refreshment corner is all day long at the disposal of our conference guests and will be regularly updated with new items. In the corner you can find several sweet and savory bites (such as dried fruit, nuts, mini waffles, American cookies, licorice), smoothies and various vitamin waters.

Terms and conditions:

- prices are per person and are based on availability
- valid for a group of at least 10 persons
- not valid on existing bookings
- the above package rates are not applicable in our ECC Leiden
